Thousands came to see the racecars and their drivers
The opening event of the 38th Hungarian Formula One Grand Prix took place on the 20th of July for which thousands of spectators in Mogyoród.
The parking places began to empty after the gates were closed. The flow of traffic on the surrounding roads was continuous and without incident.
Meantime, the officers who will be on night duty in the vicinity of the racecourse received their briefings. No out of the ordinary occurrences have taken place so far in the camping areas or on the roads.
Pest County Police asks all those intending to travel to Hungaroring in the next days to be aware of the latest traffic information. Please also pay heed to traffic officers’ directions on the roads around Hungaroring and those of the posted road signs.
