How to apply for an Emergency PP

Please call the Embassy and provide the following:

• Family and first name

• Date and place of birth

• Place were lost document is issued

When you go to your appointment at the Embassy take the following:

• 2 Passport pictures (35 mm x 45 mm)  color

• Police report

• Cash Hungarian Forint, around  3200 HUF (10 Euro) in Hungarian Forint   for a return to Belgium (ETD);  around 16.000 HUF (50 Euro) for a temporary  passport 

• A copy of your lost document

Your details have to be verified in your home country, this can only be done during working days. So it is not possible to get an emergency document in the weekend.
